Okay, Anime Heroes are one thing but all of us has some darkness deep inside us. We do feel good when heroes beat the shit out of a villain but there are some characters who just don’t know when to give up. These Villains know no end to their madness and their sense of making decisions lean towards the dark side. I don’t know about you guys but I love the evil inside me and have learned to embrace it. Thus watching the most heinous villains in action gives me some sort of satisfaction which I cannot explain. With that, Let’s start, The Top 10 most Heinous Villains ever in Anime- Animoku!

Hisoka
Hunter x Hunter
This guy is downright evil and gives off this creepy vibes. Hisoka is willing to devour anything in his way if he feels like it. Hisoka is especially known for his habit of playing with his prey and is an absolute maniac. Hisoka just outranks anyone in terms of antagonism. If you are wondering why Meruem isn’t on the list it’s because after a lot of internal debate it was discussed that Meruem’s key movements were unbelievable and not exactly villainous.
One Eyed Owl

Now I know, There wasn’t too much screen time given to One Eyed Owl, he only appears at the end of season 2 when Yoshimura end up dying while fighting Shinohara and Kuroiwa along with Koori, Kousuke, and Juuzou. The reason why One Eyed Owl is on the list because It was greatly unexpected and surprising to me. When Yoshimura san died and One Eyed Owl appeared I thought he was there to protect his father or to take revenge for his death. Instead, he was maniacally laughing and fighting everyone while giving no fucks. The moment when I saw him ate Yoshimura just to gain some strength is when I lost my mind. How can someone do something like this?
Johan Liebert

If you’re the villain in a manga series titled Monster, chances are that you are going to be some unique. And Johan Liebert is a serial killer that would make Hannibal Lector step back and say “Wtf.?” This guy, Johan Liebert killed his adopted family, co-workers of the surgeon who saved his life, and he even managed to talk all the students and instructors of a secret Germany military training program into killing each other. He was a really busy person when it came to murdering people. Being the leader of sorts of Europe’s serial killer, this guy spared no one. He is actually so evil and heinous that a Neo-Nazi party tried to get him to become the new Adolf Hitler- which wasn’t his style so he murdered them in cold blood. When people are asking you to be Hitler 2.0 you know you are a bad person.
Shou Tucker

Shou Tucker hasn’t touched the scale which other characters did, but what he did was more than enough to carve a permanent scar in our mind. I shall never forget, I repeat, I shall never forget the cruelty and sort of agony Nina Tucker had to go through. Just because this guy wanted to achieve something, get money for experiments, maintain a good image, He made her own daughter and dog turned into a talking chimera. Something that is by far the most heinous deed ever done.
Makoto Shishio

Well, he may definitely look like a Japanese mummy, Shishio is a great warrior and a mastermind. The main antagonist of the series in the Kyoto arc. He is a man with a burned body. a broken mind, and a blackened heart. He seeks to overthrow the Meiji government to gain power and take revenge as he feels he’s been wronged by them. His desire the conquest of Japan and the rest of Asia. He is cruel and ruthless and believes in that weaker beings only exist to benefit the strong and so deserve no compassion. one of the finest anime villains indeed who not hesitant in using others as stepping stone to achieve absolute power.

Hellsing: Ultimate
The Major is a Nazi, which is really all needs to be said. Nazis are the worst. However, the Major is evil even among Nazis, mainly because he’s really, really prepared. After fleeing Germany at the end of World War II, the Major planned for 50 years to take his revenge on England, amassing an army of vampires, monsters, war-zeppelins, and more. Not only is he good at war, he really, really enjoys it — his plan wasn’t just to begin a new 1,00-year Reich, his plan was to so fuck up the world that he could stay at war the entire time, too. He killed three million people, pretty much for kicks, and destroyed Alucard in a trick that involved him sucking up all the blood in the annihilated London. That’s… that’s pretty impressive and evil.
Griffith

The leader of the Silver Hawks band of warriors can lay claim to being one of the evilest, frightening, revolting, malignant and disturbing villains ever created for manga and anime. He’s kind of an uncomfortable subject to talk about, so I’ll make this one pretty brief. Griffith was a young man who always had the ambition of creating and ruling over the greatest kingdom ever and is the most nightmarish portrayal of a sociopath.
Orochimaru

When you read the word Orochimaru the first word that comes to your mind is Creepy. I mean this guy had everything talent, knowledge, skills yet when it comes to his personality and behavior he is a total creep, the vibes he used to give off every time he came on screen was nerve-wracking. A snake in the skin of the human is one way I would describe him to everyone. EVIL INDEED.
Yuno Gasai

Some people can go from zero to ten real quick, almost like flipping a switch. Although Yuno normally seems like a sweet young lady, her inner self is a textbook definition psychopath (or yandere who will grab the nearest object and use it to bloodily murder you if you set her off). Best not mess around with her precious Yukki because she is a total psychopath.
Kurotsuchi Mayuri
Bleach
Mayuri Kurotsuchi is a mad scientist who sees the world and everything in it as his test subject. He often makes a point of testing his new experiments – from brand new weapons to deadly new toxins – on his foes in battle. This tends to be a slow and painful process for the victims so that Mayuri can collect as much data as possible. Slow and deadly is the worst combination ever.
